İstanbul’da doğdu. Kabataş Erkek Lisesi’ni bitirdikten sonra, İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi’nden İşletme ve Endüstri Mühendisi olarak mezun oldu. Lisans Üstü ve Doktora çalışmalarını sırasıyla; İTÜ Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü, Chicago Üniversitesi Booth School of Business (ABD) ve Harvard Business School (ABD)’de tamamlayan Dr.Berk ÇAĞDAŞ, Kurumsal Finansman, İleri Finansal Yönetim, Hazine Yönetimi, Stratejik Risk Yönetimi, Otomotiv Sektörü ve bunlara bağlı yan alanlarda uzmandır. Doğuş Grubuna bağlı Körfezbank’ta Hazine Bölüm Başkanlığı ve Genel Müdür Yardımcısı, Doğuş Otomotiv’de Genel Müdür ve CFO görevlerinde bulunan Dr.Berk ÇAĞDAŞ, 2016 Eylül ayında Oyak Grubuna bağlı, Renault MAİS A.Ş.’ne Genel Müdür ve CEO olarak transfer oldu ve halen bu görevi yürütmektedir.

Dr. Berk Çağdaş was born in Istanbul.  He has graduated from Kabataş Erkek High School and later has received his bachelor science degree in Management and Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. He has completed his postgraduate and PhD studies at Istanbul Technical University’s Institute of Science, the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (USA), and Harvard Business School (USA).

Dr. Berk Çağdaş is a specialist in Corporate Finance, Advanced Financial Management, Treasury Operations and Management, Strategic Risk Management, and the Automotive Industry as a whole and sector related ancillary business lines. He did hold positions as Head of Department and Deputy General Manager at Körfezbank (a Dogus Group Entity) and served as General Manager and CFO at Doğuş Otomotiv (Dogus Group Entity). In September 2016, Dr. Çağdaş has joined Renault MAİS A.Ş. (A Joint Venture Company of OYAK and RENAULT Groups) as General Manager and CEO, a position he continues to hold.
